002-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-5 - Withdrawing Proposed Rules
(a) An agency may
withdraw any proposed rule at any time before the Governor acts on the proposed
rule by notifying the Registrar of Rules at Rules@wyo.gov and the Governor's
Office.
(b) An agency may not
withdraw a current rule or emergency rule.
