002-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-2 - Procedure for Administrative Dissolution
At least annually, the Secretary of State may publish in a newspaper in the county in which the registered office of the corporation is located notices of dissolutions of corporations which have failed to comply with W.S. 17-16-1630.
