002-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-3 - Securities Agent Renewal
(a) Securities
agents employed by broker-dealers renew through the CRD according to
instructions provided by CRD each year.
(b) Agents of an issuer who wish to renew
their registration shall renew registration on their anniversary effective date
by submitting a letter to the Secretary of State.
(c) All agents shall amend information on
their application Form U-4 whenever the information on file changes, but not
later than thirty days following a material change.
