006-6 Wyo. Code R. §§ 6-3 - Division's Responsibility
(a) Upon receipt of
claim, the Division will review the claim. If a claim or portion of a claim is
not covered by the provisions of statute or certificate the Division will
notify the participant in writing.
(b) The division reserves to itself the right
to assign claims or lawsuits to an assigned adjuster or attorney.
