006-6 Wyo. Code R. §§ 6-6 - Parental Leave
Employees who are parents of a newborn or recently adopted child, or are expectant parents, may with Agency head approval take accrued sick leave, compensatory time, vacation leave, or leave without pay beyond the time allowed under Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for purposes associated with the birth or adoption of a child.
