010-17 Wyo. Code R. §§ 17-11 - Posting of tariffs
(a) Warehouses. All
licensed warehouses and warehousemen that store or handle grain shall have
current tariffs posted at all times.
(b) Precedence. Contracts or other separately
negotiated written agreements between the warehouse or warehouseman and the
depositor shall take precedence over posted tariffs.
