010-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-11 - Ceasing Operations and Reporting
(a) Except as
specified in chapter 2, section
11(b), a license holder
shall immediately discontinue operations and notify the regulatory authority if
an imminent health or safety hazard may exist because of an emergency such as,
but not limited to, a fire, flood, extended interruption of electrical or water
service, sewage backup, misuse of poisonous or toxic materials, or gross
insanitary occurrence or condition.
(b) A license holder need not discontinue
operations in an area of the swimming pool, spa or similar installation that is
unaffected by the imminent health or safety hazard.
