010-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-17 - Hearings
(a) All hearings provided for in this
Regulation shall be conducted in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative
Procedure Act,
W.S.
16-3-107 through 115. Appeal from any final
order of the Wyoming Department of Agriculture or local board of health shall
be taken as provided by the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the
Wyoming Rules of Appellate Procedure.
