010-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-20 - Establishing Inspection Interval
(a) The regulatory
authority shall inspect public swimming pools, spas and similar installations
based on the relative risk to public health and safety, with no such facility
receiving less than one (1) inspection per year.
(b) The regulatory authority may increase the
interval between inspections beyond once per year:
