010-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-27 - Issuing Report and Obtaining Acknowledgment of Receipt
(a) At the conclusion of the inspection, the
regulatory authority shall provide a copy of the completed inspection report to
the license holder or to the person in charge, and request a signed
acknowledgment of receipt.
