010-28 Wyo. Code R. §§ 28-11 - Pesticide Dealer License
(a) Any person
who sells a restricted use pesticide must apply for a license for each location
that the person operates.
(b)
Persons requiring a pesticide dealer license must submit a license application
and a $25.00 fee for each dealer establishment, payable to the Wyoming
Department of Agriculture.
(c) Once
the Department receives a complete and accurate license application and the
appropriate fees, the Department will issue a pesticide dealer license to the
applicant for each establishment.
(d) Licensees must renew their licenses
annually on or before April 1 by completing and submitting the Department
provided form and submitting the $25.00 renewal fee.
