010-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-19 - Vacuum Outlets, Covers
(a) Vacuum outlets
for pools, spas and similar installations shall be provided with covers which:
(i) Automatically close;
(ii) Automatically latch;
(iii) Can only be opened with the use of a
tool; and
(iv) Can be secured and
latched when the pool, spa or similar installation is open for use.
(b) Where a vacuum outlet is
internally located in a skimmer which is provided with a cover, a separate
cover for the vacuum outlet is not required.
(c) If vacuum cleaner fittings are provided,
they shall be located in an accessible position at least twelve (12) inches and
no greater than eighteen (18) inches below water level or as an attachment to
the skimmers.
