011-20 Wyo. Code R. §§ 20-18 - Transportation of a Resealed Bottle of Wine from a Restaurant Liquor License

As provided in W.S. 12-4-410(e) a restaurant liquor licensee may permit a patron to remove one (1) unsealed bottle of wine for off-premise consumption provided that the patron has purchased a full course meal and consumed a portion of the bottle of wine with the meal on the restaurant premises. The bottle of wine must be resealed with the original cap, recorked in such a manner as to require a cork removal devise, or any other means to securely seal the bottle. The recapped, recorked, or resealed bottle must then be placed in a tamper proof transparent bag, securely sealed by either stapling, taping, or any other means of sealing the bag in such a manner that the bottle cannot be removed without obvious damage to the bag. A dated receipt for the wine enclosed must accompany the bag at all times.
