011-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-3 - Transfer of License
The Wyoming cigarette wholesaler's license is transferable between locations by the Licensee provided that consent of the Department of Revenue is obtained prior to any transfer. A change in ownership will require the issuance of a new license.
