(a)
Requirements for DNA Samples Entered into CODIS - All samples
entered into CODIS shall follow the rules set forth by the DNA Identification
Act of 1994, and the Standards for Laboratories participating in the National
DNA Identification Database issued by the FBI, dated April, 1 1999.
(b)
Procedures for Entering Samples
into CODIS - Only CODIS personnel shall enter data into the Wyoming DNA
Convicted Offender Database.
