015-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-2 - Audits of Criminal Justice Agencies
(a) The Division shall conduct audits of
criminal justice agencies to ensure compliance with these rules, WCJIN, NCIC,
NLETS, Federal Bureau of Investigation CJIS Security Policies
and any other applicable security policies.
(b) All criminal justice agencies are
required to provide access to its criminal history records information to the
Division after verification of identity.
