015-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-3 - Audits of Non-Criminal Justice Agencies
(a) The Division may audit non-criminal
justice agencies which have received criminal history record information. The
purpose of the audit is to evaluate compliance with state statutes and
applicable federal regulations. The Division reviews and analyzes methods used
by the agencies to achieve compliance with

U.S.C. §§
552 and
552(a),
Title 28, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR); Public Law 92-544; the National
Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact; state statutes; and Division
Rules.
(b) By making a request for
criminal history record information, an agency agrees to provide access to the
Division after verification of identity.
