016-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-7 - Hand Hygiene
Thoroughly wash hands and exposed portions of the arms with soap and water before providing services to each client, and after smoking, drinking, eating, and using the restroom. An equally effective hand sanitizer is acceptable except for after using the restroom.
