019-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-9 - Distance Education (Electronically Transmitted Courses)
Courses delivered via distance education in K-12 public schools shall not require the presence of a licensed educator at the receiving site (W.S. 21-2-802(a)(ii)(C)).
