021-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-1 - Authority
(a) Generally, these Regulations are
promulgated pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Banking Statutes and pursuant to the
Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Administrative Regulation
Review Act. Particular Chapters are also promulgated pursuant to specific
statutory authority.
(b)Chapter 1
is specifically promulgated pursuant to

(c) Chapter 2 is specifically promulgated
