021-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-3 - Ex Parte Communication
Unless required for the disposition of ex parte matters authorized by law, the Commissioner shall not consult directly or indirectly with any party regarding a submission, except as allowed under W.S. 16-3-111. A request for status of a proceeding is not an ex parte communication.
