023-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-8 - Held Service Orders
(a) An application
to the Company for local exchange telecommunications service shall be
considered a held service order if not completed within 30 days after the
application date or a later date mutually agreed upon by the customer and the
Company.
(b) If the Company can
reasonably provide initial local exchange telecommunications service without
major construction and fails to provide it within 30 days of the customer's
application date, the Company shall provide the customer an alternative form of
local exchange service or payment for an alternative form of service, at the
Company's option.
