024-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-3 - Penalty Clause
(a) These rules
are specifically subject to the provisions of W.S. §
36-4-115 and shall be
enforced pursuant to the provisions.
(i) Any
person violating W.S. §§
36-4-101 through 36-4-123 or these rules is
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty
dollars ($750.00), imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or
both.
