024-15 Wyo. Code R. §§ 15-1 - Emergency Closure
In the event of an emergency situation as determined by the Park Superintendent, the Park Superintendent shall have complete authority to close the park, the concession and any other facilities to protect the general public, the Concessionaire and the Wyoming Division of State Parks and Historic Sites employees. The State of Wyoming, the Division and the park are not liable for any lost revenue or damages sustained by the Concessionaire due to the closure for an emergency situation. It is the responsibility of the Concessionaire to aid the Park Superintendent in protecting the general public and to facilitate the quick and efficient closure of the park and all the facilities.
