024-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-4 - Savings Clause
(a) If any
provision of these rules or their application to any person or circumstances
are held invalid or in conflict with any other provision of these rules, the
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these rules
which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application and to
this end the provisions of these rules are severable.
