028-6 Wyo. Code R. §§ 6-18 - Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure
(a) The Wyoming
Rules of Civil Procedure shall apply to all hearings, insofar as they are
applicable to and not inconsistent with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure
Act or the Rules & Regulations of the Board.
