029-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-2 - Eligible Projects and Applicants
Eligible emergency water projects shall meet the eligibility requirements under Wyoming Statute § 41-2-124(g) -(k). In addition, eligible applicants for emergency water projects shall meet the definition of an EWP Sponsor as defined in these rules.
