033-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-16 - Independent Contractor Minimum Equipment and Common Areas
As a minimum requirement, each independent contractor will provide and maintain the basic equipment to perform services related to the scope of their individual license.
(a)
Shared equipment such as, but not limited to shampoo bowls and pedi spas will
be considered as a common area and will be the responsibility of the salon
owner to maintain for inspection purposes.
(b) The salon owner is responsible for all
common areas.
