035-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-3 - Supervision
Any licensed funeral service practitioner in the state of Wyoming may have a person serving as an apprentice funeral service practitioner under their supervision.
(a) The
licensed funeral service practitioner shall assume complete responsibility for
all acts and omissions of the apprentice within the scope of the
apprenticeship;
(b) A licensed
funeral service practitioner shall not have more than one (1) apprentice
registered under his supervision at any one time unless so approved by the
Board and authorized by the written permission of the Board.
(i) A licensed funeral service practitioner
shall supervise no more than two (2) apprentices at any one time.
(c) It shall be the responsibility
of the licensed funeral service practitioner to ensure the apprentice is
properly licensed by the Board prior to the commencement of the apprenticeship
period. The licensed funeral service practitioner shall report the work which
the apprentice has performed every six (6) months, including the number of
bodies the apprentice assisted in embalming or otherwise prepared for
disposition during the period.
