037-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-7 - Fees
All fees must be paid in advance. All remittances are to be made payable to the State Engineer, except those remittances that are submitted to cover adjudication costs, which are to be made payable to the Wyoming State Board of Control. Remittances should be by currency, bank draft, post-office or express money order, or check and should be transmitted with the application or letter.
