037-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-6 - Units and Credits

(a) The conversion of other units of credit to CPC units is as follows:

(i) I college or unit semester hour 45 CPC

(ii) I college or unit quarter hour 30 CPC

(iii) I continuing education unit 10 CPC

(b) Annual credits granted will be:

(i) I contact hour of professional development in coursework, I CPC seminars, or professional or technical presentations made at meetings, conventions, or conferences.

(ii) For teaching (see (i) above) apply multiple of two (2) (teaching 2 CPC credit is valid for teaching a course or seminar for the first time only).

(iii) Each published paper, article, monograph, or book 10 CPC

(iv) Active participation in professional and technical society (each 2 CPC per year organization).

(v) Educational Outreach 2 CPC per year

(vi) Each patent 10 CPC

(vii) Self directed study/research (up to 5 contact hours per year I CPC I CPC not per hour) more than 5/yr
