040-23 Wyo. Code R. §§ 23-2 - Purpose
It is the purpose of this regulation to allow the Department to manage and conserve wildlife, wildlife habitat and public access on lands and waters acquired or administered by the Commission and to regulate public use and special use of such lands and waters.
