041-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-1 - Law under Which the Board Created and Operates
The Electrical Board (Board) is created by and operates under and in accordance with W.S. 35-9-101 through 35-9-130, hereinafter called the "Act." In the event any rule of the Board is inconsistent with any provision of the Act, the Act shall control.
