043-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-3 - General Information
(a) Fees shall be payable in the exact amount
and shall be paid in advance of the services rendered.
(b) All fees collected by the Board are
non-refundable.
(c) Fees related to
public records requests shall be assessed pursuant to the Department of
Administration and Information's rules concerning public records.
