044-20 Wyo. Code R. §§ 20-14 - Licensee's Failure to Meet Requirements
(a) If a sponsor does not submit a completed
verification form showing compliance with this regulation as set forth in
Section
8, or if a licensee has not met the
continuing education requirements and has not been granted an extension of time
within which to comply, the licensee's license shall not be renewed until the
person demonstrates to the commissioner's satisfaction that he has complied
with all requirements of W.S. §
26-9-231.
(b) If the Department denies a request for
extension to meet the continuing education requirements, the licensee's license
will lapse thirty (30) days after the date the denial is mailed to the
licensee, unless the licensee provides proof of compliance with the continuing
education requirements before the license lapses.
(c) The commissioner may immediately
institute an administrative or other action pursuant to W.S. §
26-9-211 against any licensee who submits a
false or fraudulent certificate of compliance or reporting form.
