044-22 Wyo. Code R. §§ 22-6 - Violations
Any person who violates any provision of this regulation or files false or fraudulent information required under Section 5, shall be punishable in accordance with W.S. 26-1-107 and, in addition, may have any license or certificate of authority issued by this Department suspended or revoked pursuant to W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-9-136 and W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-3-116.
