044-32 Wyo. Code R. §§ 32-17 - Discovery
(a) The taking of depositions and discovery
shall be in accordance with the Notice of Hearing, Pretrial Order or in
accordance with W.S. Title 26.
(b)
Unless the hearing officer orders otherwise, parties shall not file discovery
requests, answers, and deposition notices with the hearing officer.
