044-32 Wyo. Code R. §§ 32-18 - Subpoenas
(a) Any party may request the hearing officer
to issue a subpoena to compel the attendance of a witness or for the production
of documents. Requests for the issuance of a subpoena shall be accompanied by a
completed subpoena, which shall conform to Rule 45 of the Wyoming Rules of
Civil Procedure.
(b) Witnesses who
are summoned to appear at a hearing are entitled to the same fees as are paid
for witnesses in the district courts of the State of Wyoming. Costs may be
awarded to the prevailing party at the discretion of the Hearing Officer; but
costs against the State of Wyoming, its officers or agencies, shall be imposed
only to the extent permitted by law.
