044-49 Wyo. Code R. §§ 49-8 - Consideration of Industry
(a) Except as provided in subsections (b) and
(c), a small employer carrier may not consider the trade or occupation of the
employees of a small employer or the industry or type of business in which the
small employer is engaged in determining whether to issue or continue to
provide coverage to the small employer.
(b) A small employer carrier may use industry
as a case characteristic in establishing premium rates, subject to applicable
federal and state law.
(c) A small
employer carrier may consider trade, occupation or industry as part of the
eligibility criteria for a class of business, subject to applicable federal and
state law.
