044-71 Wyo. Code R. §§ 71-4 - Third Party Administrator Requirements
(a) MEWAs that offer fully insured health
benefit plans and utilize a TPA shall use a TPA that holds a license issued by
the Department.
(b) MEWAs that
offer self-insured health benefit plans and utilize a TPA shall use a TPA that
complies with all requirements of Chapter 4 of the Wyoming Insurance
Regulations applicable to TPAs performing services on behalf of
insurers.
