045-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-18 - Placement of Signals, Pavement Markings, and Utilities
(a)
All new railroad crossing signs, signals, stop signs, and pavement markings
shall comply with the MUTCD.
(b) The railroad and the public road agency
shall ensure that rail crossing signals, signs, appurtenances, and utilities on
their respective rights-of-way shall be placed to minimize sight distance
obstructions for the road user according to current safety, traffic, and
engineering standards.
(c) Rail
crossing signs, signals, gates, and markings shall not be obstructed or
interfered with by vegetation, trees, advertising signs, utility lines, or
other obstacles.
