045-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-1 - Authority and Purpose
These rules of practice and procedure are promulgated by authority of W.S. 24-2-105(a) and are intended to provide a uniform and understandable interpretation of the undefined portion of W.S. W.S. 31-2-208 regarding application and distribution procedures for personalized prestige license plates.
