045-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-3 - Prohibition on Release and Use of Certain Personal Information from State Motor Vehicle Records
(a) Despite other provisions of state law to
the contrary, except as provided in Sections
4 through
6 of this chapter, the Department and its
officers, employees, agents, or contractors shall not release personal
information the Department obtained from motor vehicle records.
(b) Despite other provisions of this chapter,
under no circumstances shall highly restricted personal information the
Department obtained from motor vehicle records be released, except as permitted
by Section
5, subsections (a), (d), (f), and (i). This
prohibition shall not in any way affect the use of organ donation information
on an individual's driver's license or affect the administration of organ
donation initiatives in the state.
