048-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-15 - Disposition of recovered funds
The Department shall dispose of recovered funds pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 16, Medicaid and State Funded Program Integrity of the Wyoming Medicaid Rules, which provisions are incorporated by this reference.
