048-16 Wyo. Code R. §§ 16-2 - License Required
(a) Unless
appropriately licensed by the Division or as otherwise provided by law, a
person may not:
(i) Profess or represent
himself to be an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), Emergency Medical
Technician (EMT), Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), Intermediate
Emergency Medical Technician (IEMT), or Paramedic; or
(ii) Practice as or assume the duties
incident to an EMR, EMT, AEMT, IEMT, or Paramedic.
(iii) Act in the capacity of an attendant or
represent that they are licensed to do so without obtaining a license as
specified under Subsection (a) of this Section and affiliating with an
ambulance service licensed under Chapter 2, of these Rules. As used in this
section, "attendant" means a person licensed under this Chapter who is employed
by or a member of a licensed ambulance service, and is responsible for the
provision of care to a patient.
