048-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-11 - Submission and Payment of Claims
(a) In order for
claims to be paid, providers shall submit claims on an invoice on a monthly
basis to the Division within sixty (60) calendar days after provision of
services.
(i) The Division shall review
claims to assure compliance with the service plan and shall submit the claim
for payment to the Department of Health Fiscal Services and subsequently to the
Wyoming Auditor's office for final approval and payment.
