These rules are promulgated by the Department of Health, Office of Healthcare Licensing and Surveys, pursuant to W.S. 35-2-901, et seq., W.S. W.S. W.S. 35-9-121.1, and the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act at W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-3-101, et seq.
