048-30 Wyo. Code R. §§ 30-13 - Rebasing
(a) The Department
shall rebase operating costs when the rates determined no longer meet the
requirements of the Social Security Act.
(b) The Department may update rates based on
changes to hospital peer groups, hospital billing practices, or changes in
hospital operations.
