048-34 Wyo. Code R. §§ 34-21 - Statewide Information System
(a) All individuals
who have been determined eligible for Medicaid waiver services shall be
included in the statewide information system used by the Department for
planning, monitoring, and analysis of the Medicaid waiver program. Information
in the system is considered confidential and shall not be released without
proper authorization, or otherwise as required by law.
(b) Providers shall submit data on programs,
participant outcomes, costs, and other information as required by the
Department.
