048-47 Wyo. Code R. §§ 47-6 - Participant Application and Enrollment Process
(a) The Department
shall automatically enroll eligible youth into the CME.
(b) A youth and his or her family may choose
to disenroll at any time pursuant to Section 7 of this Chapter.
